Salary : $140 – $160 + 20 % Bonus

Overview

Our client specializes in acquiring and developing utility-scale wind, solar, and battery energy storage system projects across United States, with a current pipeline exceeding 4 GW. As an independent company, they pride themselves on their ability to execute quickly and effectively.

They are seeking an experienced Development Manager to play a key role in influencing the success of major renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the full project development cycle, with a strong preference for wind energy projects. Experience in solar and battery energy storage systems is also highly valued.

Key Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience developing utility-scale wind, solar, and BESS projects across the U.S.
• B.S. in engineering, environmental science, renewable energy, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Proven track record of leading the hands-on execution of all development functions, from site identification and feasibility analysis to permitting, interconnection, and financing through to NTP.
• Deep understanding of the technical, engineering, and regulatory aspects of renewable energy project development.
• Willing to travel 30-50%
