POSITION SUMMARY:
The Urban Land Institutes Randall Lewis Center for Sustainabilitys Decarbonization Program is seeking a Manager to support implementation of key programs, undertake research, and coordinate activities across the Centers decarbonization program of work with a special focus of thought leadership on the tenant and embodied carbon elements of real estates journey to net zero.
ULIs Decarbonization Program is focused on climate mitigation and makes the business case for green buildings by tying carbon reductions to increased asset value. The program includes three workstreams to advance decarbonization in the global real estate industry: the Greenprint Community of Practice, Decarbonization Thought Leadership, and Net Zero City Engagement. The Decarbonization Program is organized within ULIs Randall Lewis Center for Sustainability in Real Estate, which also covers Urban Resilience and Healthy Places.
Core areas of focus for the Decarbonization Program center around real estates journey to net zero, and engagement of stakeholders across the real estate value chain to achieve that goal. This includes development of research reports and resources on the business case for high performance green buildings, the convening of market leaders to advance sustainability in real estate, the analysis of portfolio-wide benchmark performance of ULI Greenprint members, and the promotion of results to the broader ULI membership and real estate market at large.
The salary range for this position in Washington, D.C. is set at $75,700 to $80,350 annually. Actual salary will vary based on factors including experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Please note that salary ranges for this position may differ in other locations. The range listed is just one component of ULIs total compensation package, which includes a full and competitive benefits package.
The position is full-time, exempt, and is ideally located in Washington, D.C on a hybrid schedule. We will also consider remote applications.
