Youll be responsible for overseeing and managing the strategic direction of construction projects. Youll provide leadership and guidance to construction managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, in line with safety standards, and at the appropriate quality. Youll regularly liaise with senior management and various teams to ensure the appropriate updates and escalations are taking place. Youll also be tasked with reviewing proposals for pre-construction and construction, contract exhibits, and change orders. Your other responsibilities will include developing and implementing new construction strategies, maintaining and establishing relationships with internal and external project stakeholders, mentoring construction managers and other staff, and managing project timelines from pre-construction to close.
