The Role: Customer Support Engineer – Tier II

What You’ll Do

Provide technical support for our renewable technology solutions, ensuring seamless operation and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve product performance.

Diagnose and solve tickets related to energy management system applications, utilizing your problem-solving skills.

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation and troubleshooting guides.

Analyze recurring issues to identify root causes and implement preventative measures.

Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Participate in after-hours support for critical tickets, contributing to our commitment to exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For

A passion for renewable energy and a desire to make a meaningful impact.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (electrical engineering, computer science, or similar).

3 years’ experience in Tier 2 support, preferably in the energy technology industry.

Proficiency in MS SQL and Postgres, with experience in production and sandbox environments.

In-depth knowledge of energy management systems, renewable energy technologies, and IoT or communication devices.

Familiarity with SQL scripting and execution, along with bonus points for experience with C# and .NET frameworks.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
