Job Title – Customer service Engineer

Location -Tuscaloosa, AL

Full time

Salary – $100k – $125k benefits + Bonus

Bilingual – Fluent in English and Mandarin – “Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China.”

Job description:

  • Previous experience in energy storage B2B or key account management; energy storage or EV battery industry must
  • Request Management of regional customer Service agreement negotiation with customers
  • Regional OSA Management
  • Public relationship maintenance of regional customers and OSAs
  • Regional admin related affairs handling
  • Lead the “99” incident handling including concept planning
  • Build up the overseas information network.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor or master degree

  • Advanced in Excel, Word, PowerPoint ,Visio, Project
  • More than 3-year work experience in Project Management, Education Consulting, After Sales or
  • industrial/automotive (optional);
  • Proficiency in English, better to master more languages
  • Capability of good language expression business negotiation on-the-spot adaptability
