Semper SolR, a veteran-owned solar company is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our dedicated team.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our potential customers regarding the incentives they are entitled to in the state for going solar, ensuring their satisfaction, and building strong relationships face to face.

You will have the opportunity to showcase your problem-solving skills and attention to detail while delivering top-notch service.

Compensation:

$87,000 – $124,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a face-to-face manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, services, and government incentives
  • Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information
  • Meet with the team to come up with new ideas
  • Work efficiently and effectively on a daily basis

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Committed and disciplined
  • Great Attitude
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma; some college is a plus
