⚡ Position Summary:

The Controls Engineer will design, program, and commission control systems for large-scale energy storage projects. The role involves collaborating with clients to develop project specifications, conducting testing, and addressing issues both in the office and on-site.

⚡ Key Responsibilities:

• Design and program control systems for energy storage solutions.
• Develop project specifications based on client needs.
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and On-Site Acceptance Testing (OSAT).
• Troubleshoot control systems and inverters.
• Work on standardizing and improving logic modules.

⚡ Required Qualifications:

• Degree in engineering (controls, electrical, or software preferred).
• 3+ years of PLC design and programming experience.
• Knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus/TCP, DNP3) and electrical troubleshooting.
• CAD experience (SOLIDWORKS a plus) and familiarity with energy storage systems.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in battery technology or power distribution.

⚡ Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary of $125,000
• Full-time, on-site position with up to 20% travel.
