Position Summary: The Contract Manager with a background in utility and renewable energy oversees the lifecycle of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), ensuring compliance and managing risks associated with renewable energy projects. This role includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating PPAs, as well as monitoring their performance within the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate PPAs for utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Ensure renewable energy PPA compliance and manage associated risks.
• Monitor renewable energy PPA performance and deliverables.
• Resolve renewable energy PPA disputes and issues through legal channels.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and records for renewable energy PPAs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong contract management and negotiation skills, focusing on utility and renewable energy sectors.
• Knowledge of renewable energy PPAs and contract law applicable to renewable energy projects.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills essential for managing renewable energy PPA lifecycles.
• Ability to handle multiple renewable energy PPAs simultaneously with precision.
