Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead Project Teams: Manage and oversee project teams to deliver high-quality consulting services to clients in the Energy sector.

Develop Strategies: Create and implement strategies in pricing, sales & marketing, market access, customer segmentation, and growth to drive business success for clients.

Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, providing strategic insights and solutions to meet their business objectives.

Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts, helping to expand the client base and identify new business opportunities.

Team Development: Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Qualifications:

Consulting Experience: A strong background in strategy consulting within the Energy sector.

Expertise: Proven expertise in pricing, sales & marketing, market access, customer segmentation, and growth strategy.

M&A Experience: Experience in M&A/transaction strategy work is a plus, with a focus on strategic elements beyond financial modeling and due diligence.
