Job Description

About the Company: Our client is a globally renowned consulting firm with expertise in strategy, marketing, pricing, and sales. This role is aligned with their Energy Practice, which focuses on B2B business within various sub-sectors including Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Energy Transition, Chemicals, Battery Storage, and other utility-adjacent industries.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Project Teams: Manage and oversee project teams to deliver high-quality consulting services to clients in the Energy sector.
  • Develop Strategies: Create and implement strategies in pricing, sales & marketing, market access, customer segmentation, and growth to drive business success for clients.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, providing strategic insights and solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts, helping to expand the client base and identify new business opportunities.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Consulting Experience: A strong background in strategy consulting within the Energy sector.
  • Expertise: Proven expertise in pricing, sales & marketing, market access, customer segmentation, and growth strategy.
  • M&A Experience: Experience in M&A/transaction strategy work is a plus, with a focus on strategic elements beyond financial modeling and due diligence.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
