Your Job DEPCOM Power, a Koch company, is adding a Construction Performance Coordinator to their team that can work well in a fast-paced environment. This position will support a Construction Performance Engineer and project teams with the analysis of project data on 10MW-300MW utility scale solar PV plants. This role will be part of our larger Project Controls and Scheduling team which is part of the Project and Construction Management organization and supports all DEPCOM Project and Services solutions.

This is a remote eligible role with a 25% travel requirement to project sites and headquarters as needed.

This position is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship.

What You Will Do

  • Analysis of project data using software such as Microsoft Excel and PowerBI
  • Quality assurance and control of project data
  • Assist with the setup of progress tracking tools
  • Assist with quantity take-offs based on engineering documentation
  • Support project teams with progressing software technical support
  • Assist as needed with training of field staff on Earned Value Management, productivity, and progress tracking

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Construction industry experience in project controls, accounting, estimating, scheduling or project management
  • Experience in Excel to include pivot tables and formulas

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience in the renewable energy industry (utility solar, battery storage, wind, etc.)
  • Earned Value Management experience
  • Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI or Tableau)

For this role, we anticipate paying $85k – $115k per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
