Construction Manager

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee all aspects of solar construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct pre-construction project reviews to determine the resource requirements of the project.
• Complete on-site Solar Edge, SunPower and Tesla technical support for inverter replacements, RVAR contract work orders, INQs and RMA compliance
• Support field troubleshooting and diagnosis of electrical and PV systems and resolve all issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and other relevant records.
• Collaborate with other departments, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure that projects are completed successfully.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of Electrical/Solar experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role
• 3+ years of Solar Installation/troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to commission solar and battery systems for Enphase, SolarEdge and Tesla
• Electrical Certification or C 10 License
• NABCEP certification is a big plus.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
