### **Job Overview:**

As a Renewable Energy Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of renewable energy construction projects, including solar, wind, and battery energy storage systems (BESS). ### **Key Responsibilities:**

– **Project Leadership & Oversight:**

Lead and manage the execution of renewable energy construction projects, including utility-scale solar and wind farms, and BESS installations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

– **Stakeholder Coordination:**

Serve as the primary point-of-contact for project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and successful project outcomes.

– **Team Management:**

Oversee on-site teams, including subcontractors and self-perform teams. Ensure all teams are aligned with project goals and are following safety protocols and quality standards.

– **Construction Planning & Scheduling:**

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of materials and adherence to project timelines. Monitor construction progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet project milestones.

– **Budget Management:**

Control project costs, manage financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings. Review and approve purchase orders, invoices, and change orders to ensure financial accuracy.

– **Quality Assurance & Compliance:**

Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure work complies with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Manage QA/QC documentation and reporting.

– **Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance:**

Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a zero-incident job site. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding environmental and safety standards.

– **Risk Management:**

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that could affect project timelines, quality, or safety.

– **Client Relationship Management:**

Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing regular project updates, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

– **Documentation & Reporting:**

Manage and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, RFI’s, submittals, change orders, and financial records. Utilize construction management software such as Procore or equivalent.

– **Education & Certifications:**

– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

– Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED AP, OSHA 30, CQM-C) are a plus.

– **Experience:**

– Minimum of 5-7 years of construction management experience, preferably in renewable energy projects (solar, wind, BESS).

– Proven track record of successfully managing multi-million-dollar energy projects from inception to completion.

– **Technical Skills:**

– Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).

– Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and construction methods.

– **Leadership & Communication:**

– Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
