Our company provides many services, But we are currently hiring in your area for our newest Community Solar launch!

What is community solar / how does it work for the customer

– Community Solar- A private company has gone out, bought acres of land and put solar on it. Since they built at such a large scale, theyre able to create electricity for cheaper than other utility companies. So, you can sign Low income customers (Using HEAP, Food Stamps, Section 8 ETC) up for this program in 10-15 min and they have a -guaranteed- savings of 20-40% a month. It does not change their utility provider, it counts as Credits towards their bill since the program is partially covered by taxs and the private company is obligated to provide these savings to the tax payers.

What can you expect if you get this position?

• Door knocking / Referral partners to find customers so if youre a hardcore introvert this may not be the position for you!
• Full time but flexible schedule! You will be a 1099 agent for the company, but in order to achieve the financial results advertised, you will need to work full time. Working overtime does get exponentially better pay, and stand out for raises, but of course you can work part time if youd like.
• 30+ person back office support system which handles any issues you may run into.
• Proven scripts that work in order to make to get the customer to take the savings theyre entitled to!
• Extensive training / continual training and support. You will have 24/7 access to your manager who can help you with any questions you may have.
• THE BEST PART Isnt the corporate world annoying? You go above and beyond in order to get a 5$ promotion (If youre lucky / if they notice you) after years of hard work. NOT with us. We recognize each agents value, and work closely with you to achieve ALL professional goals you may have. IF youre a hard worker, were quick to give raises, provide management opportunities, and have more than just one industry within our company that can allow you to grow within multiple similar industries, just with different products. Onboarding process:

Hop on 5-15 minute interview call / program will be further explained (Use this call to ask any additional questions you may have.)

If you seem like youre a viable candidate and would like to move forward with the onboarding process, we will put you in a group chat with our 30+ person back office support team to get your company onboarding started.

Onboarding takes 3-5 business days.

Once youre onboarded / get your codes to sign up customers, you can begin working and our team will be there to support / train and help you to achieve the goals youre working for!

Pay: $2,500.00 – $3,500.00 per week

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
