We are looking to add a Client Outreach Coordinator to our dynamic Portland install team!

Work Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, some overtime as needed
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Well-organized with attention to detail
- Assertive and comfortable interacting with the public
- Over-the-phone sales competency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Basic understanding of building science or general construction preferred
Responsibilities:
- Take incoming calls from prospective GreenSavers clients
- Inform about and sell Home Performance Audits, Beyond Net Zero Audits, and Home Energy Consultations to new and existing clients
- Sell enrollment into the GreenSavers Home Performance Plan to new and existing clients
- Follow protocols for scheduling energy audits and estimates for new clients
- Accurately fill out the GS client intake form
- Primary responsibility for reaching out to vendor-referred clients (i.e. Milgard, Mitsubishi, etc.)
- Primary responsibility to engage with and sell water heaters to Home Depot water heater leads
- Primary responsibility for reaching out to and scheduling appointments with Home Depot HVAC leads
- Process downstream Home Depot paperwork
