Job Overview:

The Client Care Representative will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the solar installation process. This includes making welcome calls, providing progress updates, handling documentation, scheduling various services, obtaining customer feedback, and monitoring system performance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and Progress Update Calls:

  • Initiate welcome calls to new customers to introduce them to our process and set expectations.
  • Regularly update customers on the progress of their solar installation projects.

2. Documentation Management: –

  • Send and receive signed documents related to the installation process.
  • Ensure all customer documentation is accurately recorded and stored.

3. Scheduling:

  • Coordinate and schedule installations, electrical upgrades, service orders, and other related services.
  • Arrange for take down and put back of panels as needed for maintenance or other reasons.

4. Customer Feedback:

  • Actively seek and gather feedback from customers to improve our services.
  • Address and resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a timely manner.

5. System Monitoring and Maintenance:

  • Monitor installed systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
  • Schedule field technicians to visit customers’ sites if the systems are not communicating properly or if there are any issues.

6. Customer Support:

  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers throughout their relationship with our company.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are logged and tracked in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer care.
  • Proven experience in a client care or customer service role, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • Spanish proficiency, preferable but not required.
  • Experience handling escalated clients and resolving complex issues.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
