Collective Clean Energy Fund (CCEF) is a nonprofit investment fund that utilizes and leverages mission-driven capital to fill finance gaps to accelerate clean energy projects. CCEF operates on the “Green Bank” model and identifies unserved and underserved clean energy opportunities in Colorado and beyond. CCEF works with a variety of stakeholders to structure funding that makes these opportunities reality. As the newest member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the management of CCEF’s Residential Energy Upgrade (RENU) loan and Tariff On-Bill Repayment programs. Working closely with the Residential Director, you will be collaborating with the team to refine processes, coordinate marketing efforts, and provide excellent customer service to contractors and customers. You are detail-oriented, organized, and excellent at managing multiple projects. Your 3+ years of experience in customer service, energy services, or project management will be invaluable! Spend your days:

  • Assisting the Residential Director in managing the day-to-day activities associated with CCEF’s residential programs – supporting the RENU and TOBR programs
  • Working closely with the director and residential teams to understand all facets of CCEF residential programs, presenting to key stakeholders, customers, and training contractors
  • Acting as the main point of contact for inquiries from residential customers, lenders, and contractors
  • Assisting with project management, performing QA, and managing project workflows, including reporting
  • Working with the marketing team on the creation and execution of residential marketing plans, collateral, and newsletters
  • Evangelizing our mission through networking and industry events

Show us your:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or environmental sciences and at least 3 years of experience in customer service, energy services, finance, or project management
  • Experience in solar or renewable energy sales or customer service is a plus!
  • Adept at building strong relationships – collaborating, coordinating, and supporting programs and processes
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to streamline processes and manage projects
  • Technologically savvy with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Cloud-based systems such as Google Workspace and CRMs
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Current Residency in Colorado or surrounding states preferred
