OBJECTIVES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Superintendent: Responsible for overseeing and managing dirt work projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and within budget.
Project Manager: Coordinates and plans dirt work projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
Estimators: Calculate project costs, prepare bids, and assess the feasibility of dirt work projects.
Equipment Operators: Operate heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to perform earthmoving tasks.
Labourers: Assist with manual labor, including digging, grading, and other tasks related to dirt work.
Dump Truck Operators: Drive and operate dump trucks to transport materials to and from job sites.
Surveyors: Measure and map out land for dirt work projects, ensuring accurate placement and alignment.
