Qualifications

• Over 12 years of leadership experience specifically in supply chain or procurement.
• Demonstrated experience in the solar and storage industry, preferably with an Independent Power Producer (IPP), Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firm, or developer.
• Skilled in building international relationships with a global perspective.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills effective at influencing a variety of stakeholders.
• Comprehensive understanding of procurement best practices, solar manufacturing processes, and global market trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in international business, economics, engineering, or global supply chain management.
• Experience dealing with complex regulatory frameworks and risk management on a global scale.
