Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief of Staff will be the first point of contact for the executive team and will play a crucial role in driving alignment, execution, and accountability across the organization. This is a highly visible and demanding role that requires exceptional communication skills, leadership, and executive presence.

Focus:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the executive team, ensuring clear communication and coordination across functional areas.
- Support the CEO in day-to-day operations and organizational growth, aligning activities with the company’s mission and vision.
- Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding internal dynamics, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between executive management and diverse teams, fostering collaboration and unity of objectives.
- Lead and manage strategic projects and initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify root causes of internal challenges and develop solutions to address them effectively.
- Develop a cohesive communication style in partnership with the CEO, delivering executive-level presentations and updates for internal and external audiences.
- Manage CEO’s schedule efficiently, prioritizing conflicting demands and ensuring optimal use of time.
- Collaborate with the executive team on fundraising efforts, investor relations, and strategic planning.
Skill Set:
- Minimum of 10 years of management or leadership experience, preferably as a COS to a CEO.
- Demonstrated expertise in KPI and organizational framework management.
- Proven track record of building relationships with diverse stakeholders and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with a board of directors and outside investors.
- Proficiency in various technologies, including MS Office, Slack, and other SaaS solutions.
- Strong EQ, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- Humility, self-awareness, and adaptability are essential qualities for success in this role.
