Job Description

Our Career Development (rotational) Program is designed for entry-level chemical engineers with 0-2 years of work experience. While on this 2-year rotational program, participants can develop their engineering and professional skills as well as get a better understanding of their areas of interest and strengths. Typical assignments for chemical engineers include process engineering, plant operations, production engineering, project engineering, controls, and start-up engineering. At least one of the assignments will be based in a plant location, and relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

  • B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering
  • Graduating between December 2024 through August 2025.
  • Strong academic performance; minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Relevant work experience (prior co-ops or internships a plus).
  • Involvement in campus activities and demonstrated leadership.

Locations:

Various may include but not limited to Allentown PA, Houston TX area, Chandler AZ, St. Louis MO, Baton Rouge/Geiser LA, Santa Clara CA.
