Job Description

This is a full-time role as a Business Development Director located in the US Eastern/Central time zone. The role involves overseeing business growth strategies and fostering client relationships to drive the company’s success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop business opportunities
• Understanding of rail sector and key market segments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field, MBA is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
• Willingness to travel as needed
