Position Description:

As a Business Development Associate at UNIGRID, you will be the spearhead of our journey towards commercial growth and expansion. Your strategic vision and customer-driven mindset will be crucial in identifying and securing new business ventures, forging impactful strategic partnerships, and propelling our revenue growth efforts. You will be part of a dynamic team that will shape the future of battery technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy..
  • Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and negotiations with potential partners and clients.
  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships to expand the companys customer base and revenue streams.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing and potential partners, moving customers through the engagement pipeline, and tracking communications pre- and post-sale (CRM).
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

Key Experience:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Experience in a business development role, preferably in the battery technology or related industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving business growth, acquiring/maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a startup environment and scaling business operations.
  • Established network within the battery technology and energy storage industry.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the battery industry.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
