Battery Installer- New Home Solar

Solara Home Energy: is hiring for Battery Installers

Pay/Pay Range: $30/hour – $40/hour, depending on experience, Hourly + Overtime.

Schedule: Monday Friday. Start time may vary depending on job site location.

*Successful Background Check and Drug Screening are required to be considered for employment.

Duties: This position is for battery installation only.

• Candidates must be well versed in battery installation and have successfully completed installation of battery systems. Candidates must be able to clearly explain battery capabilities, function, activation, and monitoring.
• If you do not have experience installing batteries, you will not be considered for this position. There may be other aspects of the solar installation included in the position from time to time. However, this is a battery installation role.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work on unlevel surfaces
• Perform construction at heights of 1-3 stories
• Constant bending and twisting
• Ability to lift 150lbs
• Ability to climb up and down ladders constantly
• Properly secure and wear PPE
• Work outdoors in varying degrees of weather

Certification Requirements: Battery certifications from manufacturer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
