Description
Under the general direction of the Battery and Storage Director, responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of battery and energy storage projects. Employee responsibilities encompass the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial scoping and feasibility assessment to project commissioning and handover. Collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, technicians, analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment of project objectives with strategic business goals by providing analyses for complex budget, funding, financial, and/or academic data systems based on customer/client requirements.
Makes recommendations and contributes to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies, leveraging expertise and insights to enhance project delivery efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
Responsible for advancing renewable energy adoption and sustainability while contributing to the growth and success of our organization in the dynamic and rapidly evolving energy storage market.

Pay Transparency Act
Annual Full Pay Range: $82,500 – $151,500 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent: $39.51 – $72.56
Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).
