Assembly- Fuel Train

The Assembly- Fuel Train worker will prioritize day-to-day workload with Profire fuel train builds as the priority. Additional responsibilities after fuel train builds are complete include assisting with the assembly of all other Profire Products. The Assembly- Fuel Train worker will produce kaizens per quarter and own the assigned work area.

Job Requirements:

  • Assemble Profire fuel trains according to approved P&IDs
  • Maintain order and efficient workflow in Fuel train sectioned area
  • Painting of fuel train builds
  • Assist the welder with painting additional products
  • Keep the entire shop and warehouse clean and orderly
  • Perform complete comprehensive physical inventory 4 times a year
  • Check existing surplus/inventory for materials
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the assembly lead
  • Package, inspect and assemble products according to Profire standards
  • Use hand tools efficiently to assemble and build Profire products
  • Use power tools efficiently and safely to build fuel trains and other Profire products
  • Troubleshoot failed QC Profire products
  • Preferred warehouse experience, 0-2 years.
