Application Business Analyst
Pay Rate:
$81,700 $108,900, Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:
Perform support of technical solutions based on business requirements and Information Technology improvement initiatives that provide value-add to the customer. Translate business requirements to functional specifications, work estimates and project schedules. Specific tasks may include but are not limited to:
  • Providing support assistance on medium/high complex Incident/Problem Support Tickets and/or discretionary Project/Enhancement work
  • Under general direction, formulates and defines systems, scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements
  • Participates in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new and/or upgraded technology
  • May translate customers’ high level requirements into functional and/or technical specifications
  • Educates IT organization on direction of the business
  • Competent to work on all phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment
  • Limited understanding of global system implications to issues and processes associated with the system
  • May instruct, direct and check the work of business analysis personnel
  • May act as a team leader on selected assignments to include: preparation of simple project plans, coordination of multiple resources, and reporting project status
  • Typically has 4 to 6 years of experience
