Responsibilities
This position is part of the Business Services Team and reports to the Business Services Manager. As the Agency Transportation Officer, you will play a key role in managing vehicle programs, fleet services, and parking enforcement. Your responsibilities will include:
The duty station for this fulltime permanent Agency Transportation Officer is in Tumwater , WA. A combination of in-office and telework is currently expected. It is anticipated that in-person work will be expected at the duty station for work activities 2- days weekly .

Because the Office of Facilities has the responsibility to manage inward facing emergencies, this position must be willing and able to work 12+ hour shifts, including overnight shifts. Shift work can go on for a long period with few days off. In an outward facing emergency, this position may be activated as part of the Agency’s Incident Management Team, with similar requirements for long shifts, overnight shifts, and few days off.
