- Support our team by providing administrative and general office support, ensuring the smooth execution of our solar and lighting projects
- Handle purchasing for all project-related materials from our preferred list of vendors, negotiating when necessary to obtain the best prices and terms
- Maintain and update price lists, ensuring they are accurate and reflect current market rates
- Coordinate the delivery of materials to job sites for projects
- Schedule work for our crews and arrange appointments with subcontractors and customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing progress updates throughout the project lifecycle and addressing any concerns or questions quickly and professionally
- Assist in the submission and tracking of all township and municipality permits necessary for each project
- Manage all project-related paperwork, ensuring all materials are current, properly filed, and easily accessible as the job progresses

We are looking for an Administrative Project Coordinator to join our team and provide administrative support throughout the life cycle of our solar and lighting projects.
Our Ideal Administrative Project Coordinator:
- Skills & Knowledge: Previous experience in project coordination, office/administrative, or similar roles, preferably in the construction, solar, electrical, or lighting industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Detail-Oriented: We are looking for someone who is accurate, works with minimal mistakes, and pays close attention to detail.
- Organized: The ability to work efficiently and effectively within time constraints, remain organized, and schedule projects with reasonable deadlines while keeping the larger picture in mind.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships while handling customer questions and concerns professionally
- Adaptable: Able to handle multiple tasks and navigate changes in your day quickly and efficiently
- Team Player: Humble enough to admit mistakes. Drive to contribute to a team. Build positive relationships with others. Takes ownership of work
