Job Description

SUMMARY
With direction and supervision from the Renewable Energy Division Director Supervisor, provides direct support to Relationship Manager(s) and the Division Director, to manage the progression of loan boarding requests through funding. Support Portfolio Manager with maintenance of relationships throughout the term of the lease or loan. Prepares, or assists in the preparation of submission packages to loan / lease boarding, supports construction management team with draw requests, and assists the relationship management team with tracking maturities, financial reporting / covenant ticklers, and annual review due dates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Management of the sales process from approved Credit Authorization through closing of transaction.
  • Boarding of each relationship onto lease management software, Orion. Management of leases on Orion.
  • Work directly with loan operations and servicing teams to maintain reporting and client satisfaction.
  • Provide support to Division Director by working directly with Bank’s counsel for redlines to documentation.
  • Provides documentation management through the contracting and negotiation process for each lease.
  • Review contracts and ancillary legal documents for consistency with approvals and Bank requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
  • Maintains accurate, up-to-date log of all activity and credit arrangements during each transaction process..
  • Works with clients to address past due payments and / or impending maturities.
  • Conducts trade, credit, and reference checks on Key Parties.

  • Attends training and maintains a basic knowledge of procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing financial institutions, as they apply to your position and job responsibilities, with an emphasis on related tax credits. BSA/AML/CIP, Consumer Privacy, Regulation CC, Information Security, Bank Protection Act, FACT-Identity Theft, Information Technology, and GLBA.
  • Additional duties as assigned as it relates to the position.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • A bachelors degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Capacity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment while handling a strong volume of workflow from various sources.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Paralegal or equivalent experience
  • Experience reviewing legal documentation for compliance with credit approvals and / or Bank policy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Renewable Energy industry and regulations a plus
